Even though it's been open for a bit and some of you might have already tried it. I thought I would share about it. When I am looking for something a little different I enjoy heading to Rockin K's! Located off Kimball Ave., Rockin K's gives fun unique eats in Manhattan.

The open restaurant has tons of windows that allow light to pour in and gives you amazing views! While you dine at Rockin' K's you can enjoy views of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, The KSU Rowing training Center, the Rec, and various Agronomy and Wheat Science building.

Rockin K's open dining space allows you to enjoy the views of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, The Rec, KSU Rowing and so much more!

Rockin K's has a large patio to enjoy when the weather is nice. On chilly nights there is a large fireplace to keep warm while you enjoy dinner and drinks. For those away from the fire they also have blankets to keep you warm.

The Rockin K's menu is a variety of unique hamburgers and classic hearty dishes. You can also add a variety of sides to your meal. I choose the Kobe Tostada Burger the last time I was there. It is served on a fried corn tortilla topped with cheese sauce and peppers. It is was a delicious combination.

Rockin K's large outdoor patio is perfect for dining and drinks! On chilly nights you can enjoy an evening by the outdoor fireplace.

The open-face roast beef with mashed potatoes was a tasty classic combo! There used to be a restaurant in town that served a dish called "turkey and tators," it was an open-face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. I miss it so much, this version with roast beef was a welcome alternative!

For the times that you are looking for something different, I hope you will give Rockin K's a try!
