Their cocktails are made with fresh-squeezed citrus and Agave Nectar and are delicious. Pro-tip for newbies, make sure you try a Nancy, but fair warning you can't have just one! Follow-up drinks with some appetizers, my favorites are their Chipotle Raspberry and Black Bean Dip and their Trifecta!
Bourbon and Baker offers a variety of drinks from spins on the classics to their variety of Bourbons for patrons to try! Their small plates menu makes this Manhattan favorite perfect no matter whether you are flying solo or with a group! 324 Speakeasy is a classic Speakeasy located in Downtown Manhattan that features both creative and classic cocktails. Make sure you call and get yourself a reservation and of course the passcode, after all, you have to be in the "know" to get in!
Mr. K's Cafe is located in Northwest Manhattan and also offers a full menu in case you are looking for dinner and drinks. With both indoor and outdoor seating, Mr. K's is a great place to enjoy drinks on a beautiful Kansas evening. Be prepared, if you want to grab a few drinks here you are most likely also be ordering a dessert thanks to their Cookie Bake Menu!
Tallgrass Taphouse is home to the popular Tallgrass Brewery beers that locals have come to love. Have fun tasting a beer flight or take a growler home. The Taphouse has three levels of seating from the main floor and outdoor patio area, the mezzanine, and the rooftop! When the weather allows the Tallgrass Taphouse rooftop is a local hotspot with views of downtown and KS Hill. If you are grabbing dinner and like a little spice, my favorite is their Udon Noodles! Seriously, YUM!!
The Hi-Lo is located in Aggieville and is the sister restaurant to AJ's Pizzeria. While they have great drinks year-round keep them in mind especially for Holidays as well as special events throughout the year! You will definitely want to head down during Christmas when they transform the entire restaurant into, "The Miracle on Moro!" It is a fantastic experience for the entire family that will definitely get you in the holiday spirit! They also have great pizza, burgers, and a popular appetizer called Goat Sticks!

Rock-A-Belly Deli is a townie favorite and is a must for those visiting town. Originally opened in 1987, Rock-A-Belly or RAB, as it is known to locals is a great place to grab some great drinks! Everyone has "their" order from drinks to the food you will not be disappointed. This place is small, but if you know RAB then you know that they are worth the wait!
Finn's Neighborhood Pub is the place to go if the Bloody Mary is your drink of choice! They were voted one of the Top 10 Places in Kansas for the Bloody Marys. The bar was originally opened in 1995 and was known as Finn's Pub. In 2017 the bar was sold to its current owners who also did a remodel and transformed the bar into a classic Neighborhood Bar where everyone knows your name! Finn's is a great place to grab drinks while waiting for dining reservations, after a movie, or to have a few drinks with friends.
