While you might not be thinking about where you can find great Mediterranean food in Manhattan, KS, let alone the Midwest, in case you are, you have to go to The Grill to Go Food Truck in Manhattan, KS. The Grill to Go Food Truck is a local women-owned business that also offers catering in addition to the food truck!
I first went to The Grill To Go Food Truck in 2021, which if memory serves was shortly after they opened their food truck. I have always loved Mediterranean food so I was super excited for this truck. Before they opened, we did not have a restaurant or food truck dedicated to Mediterranean food in town, so this was a great addition to the community.
The Grill To Go has a nice variety on their menu ranging from Chicken Shwarma Bowl, Gyro Bowl, and Falafel Bowl and of course, many of these come as a pita as well. The Grill To Go also serves their homemade Baklava at the food truck, which is super delicious! In addition to their delicious Hummus, their Tzatziki is amazing! Every time I order I always ask for extra Tzatziki because it is that good! Seriously, this is a MUST for me! LOL The portions are huge and the prices are very fair.
