
We were super fortunate to grow up with parents that were great cooks, especially our dad! He can totally throw down in the kitchen, ask anyone who has ever eaten at our house and they will tell you the same thing! In fact, my dad has crafted some amazing spice mixes that we use all the time. One of my favorites is his All White Meat Rub!
Dad's All White Meat Rub is the perfect balance of salt, granulated garlic, black pepper, Spanish paprika, and cayenne pepper. It is our go-to, we even use it at Thanksgiving to season our turkey! This year I made Reverse Seared Turkey breasts for Thanksgiving with Dad's All White Meat Rub and they were amazing!
You can use this rub on chicken, pork, turkey, and even fish! To use this rub, generously coat your meat and then allow the spices to sit for two hours or overnight in the fridge for all meats except fish. If you are crunched on time, you can totally roll with it, the seasonings will just not have as much time to season their way through the meat!
