We love the variety on the menu from burgers to wings, salads, and pizzas.
All it took was one of my girlfriends to take me to Defiance Brewing Co. once, and I was hooked! The next time the family was together, I made sure we ordered from here so everyone could enjoy! In addition to pizza, we ordered sandwiches, wings, and a salad to share. Everyone loved it, and needless to say, we have been back almost every time we are home!
Some of our family favorites are the Sweet Chili Wings and the Buffalo Wings. On the pizza side, the Into the Wild, a mushroom pie, The Reuben (when they have it), Super 7, and the Elote! The Elote is made with a super-sweet corn, which is a nice twist on the classic. We also love the cheese bread, and their Slow Burn and Gouda Goodness sandwiches.
Honestly, though, I am not sure that we have found something we do NOT like on their menu. When friends stop through it is the first place I recommend since the variety on the menu offers a great selection for everyone to find something to suite their taste buds!
