I am super pumped for the opening of Goolsby's! Goolsby's Kansas is located right off of Moro, in the shopping area below the Bluemont Hotel across the street from Coco Bolos and Aggieville! A former KSU football player, Denzel Goolsby will be opening Goolsby's Kansas, a place for family and friends to spend time having fun together! The opening is expected in May 2021 and it is sure to be a hotspot!
Goolsby's will feature multi-sport simulators that will allow users to participate in various games. Goolsby's will offer a self-pour beer wall with 30 beers, seltzers, and wines on tap for patrons to try and enjoy.
In addition, Goolsby will have a limited menu for you to enjoy. This spot sounds like it is going to be all about Food, Family, and fun. What could be better?
