The Italian Cafe officially opened its doors on January 2, 2025, under owner Nick Gjocaj, who has embraced Italian cooking and making as much as possible from scratch. As someone who is working to eliminate processed foods, I can appreciate the lengths that Nick and his staff go to.

If you’re anything like me — craving comfort food with big flavors and generous portions — here are a few standouts:
- Their lasagna is amazing and definitely a crowd favorite.
- The clams and linguine are my husband's favorite.
- I also really enjoy their red sauce and pasta. It's a simple dish, but when done this well, it always hits the spot!
