For most of us in Manhattan, KS the Little Apple Brewing Co. is not just a restaurant, it is an institution! The restaurant was originally opened in 1995 and has been a local favorite since. What has become a standard has never waivered, the food is always fantastic and the staff crushes it every time!
Actually, Little Apple Brewing Co. is one of the first places that I had ever eaten at that was farm to table. In fact, they were farm to table before it was trendy. Known for their Black Angus steaks and their Brewery, Little Apple Brewing Co. has remained a leader in not only sustainable food but has continued to evolve to serve the Manhattan community in the best ways they possibly can.
During the pandemic, Little Apple Brewing Co. adjusted its concept to include curbside service and the LABCO Market! You can order curbside conveniently through their website and it is packaged perfectly especially for dishes that need to be assembled at home. The LABCO Meat market brings sustainable seafood, Black Angus meat, and products from another local favorite, Holy Goat Creamery. You can place orders through their online store and swing by and pick up your order! Although they removed the Brew tanks and the most epic salad bar you had ever seen, the look and feel of the restaurant have not changed.

If you prefer to dine in you have two choices. You can either reserve a spot through OpenTable or you can walk-in and see what tables they have available. Little Apple Brewing Co. has a variety of menu options in addition to their daily specials! Two of our favorite appetizers are the Buffalo Wings and the Everything Pretzels and Beer Cheese. For our Entrees, our Porterhouse Pork Chop is my husband's favorite. Gemelli With Shrimp Carbonara is mine. I know you might think that a Carbonara is basic, but a basic done phenomenally is fantastic!

Some of the other classics to try are the locally raised Black Angus steaks that are served daily. Cooked to perfection Little Apple Brewing Co. steaks are everything that you want when you are craving a great steak dinner. The one thing I can't wait to try is the new Brunch menu. If you live on the Westside of Manhattan your dining options are limited, but breakfast options are even more so. Little Apple Brewing Co. serves their Brunch menu on Saturdays and I have no doubt that it will be amazing! This year they will also be serving Valentine's Day dinner on Friday and Saturday Evenings! If you are going to try and go either of these nights, I would probably suggest reservations!
