This is Little Batch Co. a local bakery in Manhattan, KS. The first time I tried the Little Batch Co. was at the Manhattan Farmer's Market which has now grown into its own storefront.
If you are looking for a specialty cake, you will find a sampling of their creations by heading to the Little Batch Company website and selecting their custom cakes. If custom cookies are your thing, they can help with that as well!
Little Batch Co. is so much more than sweets! Little Batch Co. still allows the community to stock their pantry every Saturday at their Saturday Market! The list of goodies makes it hard to choose, but make sure you get there early before they run out. If you are looking for a new breakfast spot, during the Saturday Market they also serve a small breakfast menu.
The newest addition to Little Batch Co is the catered Lunch menu! Every Weds. through Sat. you can enjoy lunch from their specialty menu. Currently, you have to do is place your order the day before! They are in process of adjusting this so ordering is the same day, so stay posted!

Little Batch Co. also has pop-ups at various places in town, my favorites are their pop-ups in partnership with Manhattan Brewing Co. I mean, who doesn't enjoy great food and beer?!?!?
