In addition to the gentle compression, the FLOWpresso machine uses far-infrared heat in conjunction with deep pressure to encourage relaxation. It is so worthwhile, I tell everyone about it, as I said, I am a regular after realizing how beneficial it was to me personally!
In addition to the FLOWpresso machine, Sherilyn has also performed Myofascial Release and Cupping to help my body restore balance and enhance my overall health! The Myofascial release is performed with a Percussor machine and when necessary a variety of massage techniques are also applied during my sessions! Sherilyn also uses a mixture of Cupping techniques that includes Fire Cupping when necessary.
