I can't believe that it has taken me so long to stop in at Mama Fang's Asian Market. Located in Manhattan, KS, Mama Fang's Asian Market is now one of my favorite stores to shop for ingredients.

One of the hidden gems in Manhattan, KS is Mama Fang's, Asian Market! I can't believe that it has taken me so long to stop in to do my grocery shopping. Now, Mama Fang's Asian Market is one of my favorite stores to find ingredients. Plus, I can also find some great products and produce that I didn't know I needed! Mama Fang's Asian Market has products from China, Korea, Japan, India, the Philippines, the Middle East, and more!

Even though the sign on the front of the building just shows, Asian Market International Food and Gifts, locals know it also as Mama Fang's. Mama Fang was the previous owner and her mission of bringing a variety of products from cultures around the world live on in her market. several refrigerators and freezers filled with produce, meats, seafood, and more! While our grocery stores do a good job keeping things stocked, Mama Fang's Asian Market provides their customers with a large variety of items which is perfect for those looking for specific items to make a family recipe or for those who enjoy trying new ingredients and recipes.

One of my husband's favorite meals is a bowl of Ramen, the Asian Market provides a huge selection of ramen to choose from. While I do love Ramen as well, mine never compares to the restaurant bowls so I don't make it often at home. Now, rice noodles are another thing. I love dishes like Pad Thai, Stir Fry, and Spring Rolls so I bought a variety of those products for when I make those dishes at home.

Here are some of the items we purchased. Ramen for my husband, Rice noodles, and wrapping papers for me. For both of us, the Hi Chews and Choco Pies!! If you have not had a Hi-Chew, you should. I blame my niece and nephew for getting us hooked on them. I even have a jar of them on my office desk. While you can purchase them in a variety of places in town, the best variety is at the Asian Market. In case you can't tell, that Avocado is HUGE!!!
