We are so excited to see that MHK Play Studio is open in Manhattan, KS! Local might have heard of ieDiscoveries, and MHK Play Studio is the next step in the evolution of that original concept. MHK Play will provide a fantastic opportunity to learn through play in Manhattan, KS. The indoor space allows children of all ages space to engage in a variety of activities such as painting, building, observing animals, problem-solving, and just having fun! The variety of interactive play that is open-ended play allows the child to use their own creativity to create and solve various games and puzzles!
Owner, Kasey Wilkenson, opened ieDiscoveries in 2019 when she realized that there was not a place in town that provided an opportunity for a variety of STEM activities, learning, and indoor activities for children. During the pandemic, Kasey provided the ability for children to learn and have a structured environment. Now fast-forward to 2022 and a dream has been realized. With the expansion of ieDiscoveries to what is now, MHK Play Studio which will allow more children and patrons of all ages space to have fun, explore and play!

MHK Play Studio will eventually provide an option for adults to meet and enjoy mocktails, milkshakes, and food called Sip and Shake. This will be a great spot to meet up when you are not looking to go to a traditional coffee shop or a spot that allows children to play and parents to enjoy time with friends!
The boutique at MHK Play Studio has so many amazing items and is filled with options made by women-owned businesses from around the country. The items in the boutique are each specialty curated by Kasey so if you are looking for something unique, you will find many options that you will not find at the big box stores. The variety is excellent, with options from clothing, puzzles, dolls, jewelry, lotion, and seriously so much more!
