Radina's is a local institution in Manhattan, KS! They have four locations throughout the town that all have special menu items for their guests! Radina's On The Hill is closest to my office of all their locations. I frequently send my clients there for a lunch break and I often go there myself. Although you can not order food through their drive-thru, you can call in your order and pick it up through the drive-thru window. They normally have orders ready in 10-15 minutes, it is the best!

One of my favorites at Radina's On The Hill is the Roasted Red Pepper and Gouda Soup. I can eat this soup YEAR-ROUND! Also on my rotation is their Turkey and Brie sandwich.

It is a delicious twist on the turkey sandwich with as you can guess, turkey and brie cheese but the pop comes from the apricot jam spread on the bread! It is the perfect combination of salty and sweet on a sandwich!

They have excellent chocolate-covered peanut butter bars, scones, and lemon bars! While I might not be a coffee fan, their following is epic!

While I might not be a coffee fan, their following is epic! When clients come back to the office after trying Radina's On The Hill, they ALWAYS tell me how good it is. I am sure it has a lot has to do with the fact that Radina's roasts their beans in-house which allows them to keep their quality high and up to their standards.
