I can still remember the first thing I had from The DoughBro food truck in Manhattan, KS. It was their Cinnamon Rolls and it was more than a year ago and yes, they are THAT good! We received a dozen of The DoughBro Cinnamon Rolls as a thank you and it might have been the best "thank you," I have ever received!

Not just any restaurant, but a much-needed location on the Westside of town for all of us to enjoy! I for one am super excited to see what their menu will offer and will post it asap to this post, but for now, let's cover a little of what they already serve from the Food Truck that is amazing!

Obviously, first off as I am sure you can guess, I LOVE their Cinnamon Rolls! Like seriously, give me a box and let me be! They are so soft and full of gooey Cinnamon and butter, topped with the perfect amount of icing! Ugh, now I need one!!! The food truck also offers a variety of bierocks that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Growing up in Western Kansas we had bierocks on a weekly basis so I love stopping by and grabbing one as a quick lunch or to take home for dinner. The tender dough that is perfectly balanced with the flavorful filling is always a completely nostalgic meal from my childhood for me!
