There is No Place Like Home mural shows a day in the Flint Hills of Kansas!
'There's No Place Like Home' mural was painted in 2021 by SCOTCH! a San Antonio, TX muralist.
This mural reads like a book, you start on the left where it is a sunny day in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Moving to the right you see a man fishing on Milford Lake. Then the sky gets dark and stormy and a tornado appears in the sky. The lines in the various directions show how things change here and then when the storm ends we are marveling at the beautiful sunset. As the sun sets, it rises again on the sunflowers and the plains.
