Aunt Sally's Homemade Biscuits is the third recipe I am bringing to you from my binge of Brookville Hotel recipes! I am not sure the experience would be what it was at the Brookville Hotel without a pile of these delicious biscuits on your table!. These biscuits are perfect for butter and jam like they do at the Brookville Hotel, which is my favorite way to eat them. Or, slice them in half and make a chicken sandwich, which my husband is partial to!

Now, if you are looking at the measurements, you are probably wondering how many biscuits this recipe makes and the short answer is a lot! I half the recipe and it is perfect! One of the best things about the Brookville Hotel Biscuit mixture is that you do not have to bake them all at once. This recipe allows you to store the dough in the fridge and bake as needed!

We bake a few a night and pair them with the Brookville Hotel creamed corn and coleslaw recipes. Then in the morning, we pull out some more, they are perfect for either biscuits and gravy or breakfast sandwiches! Either is a solid choice to enjoy with a hot biscuit!
