I always want to know, "What's Gaby Cooking!"

If you have been around me for the last year or so, you have probably heard me mention the name, Gaby. I know, I say it like we are besties. In reality, the closest we have come is her liking an Instagram post I tagged her in. I'm not going to lie, at that moment, I "fan-girled" out! Gaby Dalkin and her husband Thomas, are the amazing couple behind the What's Gaby Cooking Blog.

Gaby's down earth personality is one of the things her fans love most about her. She has a way of making you feel like you would be instant friends! In a time where we are being inundated with everything always being glammed up. Gaby offers her fans the ability to step into her kitchen every Monday night with nothing more than her cell phone camera!

Her "Insta Lives," has over 1000 people hanging on her every word! During these, Gaby cooks dinner and talks about all things, from food to fashion, and even her love for binge-able TV shows. She would probably laugh at the fashion part. Her "lives" are filmed in UGG slippers, Leggings, and a T-shirt, but don't let her fool you. She crushes the athleisure wear and fans are constantly asking her for what she is wearing, about her cookware, and where she shops! So much so that there is a page on her blog dedicated to what she is obsessed with in her master list!

My husband, a New Yorker, told this Kansas girl, "Now, that's how you make pizza!"

You will find that her recipes are very approachable. If you are a culinary wizard or a beginner at best, you will love her food! Most days, I just want good food that I don't have to buy 900 ingredients just to make it and Gaby provides that.

At this point, my husband and I tried hundreds of her recipes and we have NEVER been disappointed. The blog, which I have linked to has over 1800 recipes for you to choose from. Tonight, we will make recipe number 5 from her new cookbook, Helen's Beef Picadillo for our Cinco De Mayo dinner! The latest Cookbook was released last week. Eat What You Want, came out to rave reviews! So far we have made four of the recipes and they have all been as usual, amazing!

She has cracked the Chocolate Chip Cookie code!

For Christmas last year my gift to our family was her spices. The perfect sampler pack blend of Gaby's Go-To, Tastes Like Pizza, Gimme Chimi, and Taco Fajita Senortia are the perfect gift for anyone at any time of the year! Her product line is at Williams Sonoma and has expanded beyond spices to pre-made Slutty Brownies (a popular recipe), drink mixes, and the very on-brand Charcuterie Board!

If you want to join the rest of us in our cult-like following that is, all things Gaby. Check out her website or follow her Instagram. If you are a newbie to cooking or looking to brush up on your skills, you can also take her free culinary school classes on her YouTube Channel! Trust me, you will be hooked!

P. S. For those who love a podcast, yeah, she has one of those too!
