Banana Nut Bread
This banana bread is a perfect option to use up all those bananas in your freezer! Full of flavor and absolutley delicious!

- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Bananas The recipe calls for 3-4 bananas, but unless your bananas are large I would use four!
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix Shortening and Sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add bananas, flour, soda, salt, and nuts; mix well.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
