Bierock Pockets
My family loves Bierocks, but we love the inside of a Bierock even more. We make this a ton because it is delcious and best part, its easy! I grabbed some amazing KS products Pacheco Beef and Hoganville Sauerkraut to mix up a batch this time! Enjoy!

1 Pound Ground Beef 1 tbsp Dried Minced Onion 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Cup Sauerkraut Juice 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce 1/4 cup Thinly Sliced Carrots 1 cup Sauerkraut Pita Pockets Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown Ground Beef in pan.
Add dried mince onions and stir
Add Garlic Powder and Worcestershire sauce
Add the Sauerkraut juice and stir, scrapping up any brown bits off the bottom of the pan.
Add thinly sliced carrots and stir, allow them to cook to desired tenderness.
Then, add Sauerkraut and heat through.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Warm pitas according to package instructions and fill with mixture then enjoy!
