Ingredients

  • 1 package Dellalo Pizza Mix If you decide to go with a pre-made crust, no worries, just cook to package directions. You can honeslty use whatever you like, this is just what we prefer!
  • 1.5 cup gravy
  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1.5 cup Stuffing
  • 1.5 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1.5 cup Turkey (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 Tbls Parsley

Instructions

  • Pre-heat over to temp per instructions on pizza crust. We pre-heat ours to 550 degrees, and I know that is not what the Dellalo instructions say, but again, this is just how we make it.
  • If making your own pizza dough, get that prepped now so as your oven is preheating it will be ready in time. Since we are using fresh dough, that is how the rest of this is written.
  • Once your oven is to temp and your dough is stretched to your desired size. Dock the dough and place it in the oven for two minutes.
  • After the timer goes off, remove the pizza and dock the crust again, especially any air bubbles that might have formed.
  • Spoon gravy on the crust, then sprinkly half of the sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Divide the stuffing, mashed potatoes, and turkey in half and add half on top of this pizza while reserving the other half for your second pizza.
  • Place the pizza in the oven for the remaining cook time, for us, that was six min.
  • Once the timer goes off, pull pizza and allow to cook on a wire rack for five minutes.
  • After the pizza has somewhat cooled, sprinkler with half the parsley and drizzle with the cranberry sauce. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

The measurements of this are completely up to you. Want more or less of something, you do you! This just gives you an idea of what you will need. The first time I made this, I was surprised that I needed more gravy than I initially thought, but I think it would have been delicious regardless. This pizza is an option if you are looking to make your Thanksgiving Day easier by making everything ahead, or a way to use up your leftovers!
