So, in true fashion, I decided that I needed to create my own copycat recipe since I am sure I am not the only one. I mean how do the people who have moved away from the area or those like my in-laws, who only get to enjoy this completely craveable dip during a quick visit survive without it? Melba Sauce is a family favorite, we enjoy it on angel food cake, ice cream, fruit, and more, so using it in this recipe for my So Long Saloon Copycat Raspberry Black Bean Dip worked perfectly!

I am the first to say, that while this copycat is delicious and it will get you by, the original is still an absolute MUST! There is just something about being at either So Long Saloon or Taco Lucha and enjoying their Chipotle Raspberry Black Bean Dip with an ice-cold Nancy to drink, it's spectacular!
For those eagle-eyed fans, you will notice my recipe adds a little green topping that is not included at the restaurants. Well, thank my mom for that. She always told me adding a green garnish instantly makes any dish healthy so I figured why not, but of course, it is completely optional!
